Finishing, Converting and Warehouse
Slits, rewinds, wraps and labels reels to customer orders, stores finished product and pulp bales, and prepares and dispatches loads by road and rail so that every customer receives the right product, undamaged and on time.

- Wrap, label and record every reel
- Store product by grade and customer
- Load trucks and rail wagons to load restraint rules
- Reconcile stock and dispatch records daily

Rhys manages slitting, converting, the warehouse and dispatch, and has been at Riverside for fourteen years across shift and day roles.

The shift record for each production area covering tonnes made, downtime, quality results, plant status and handover notes.
Incident and Hazard Register
The site register of injuries, near misses, hazards, equipment damage and environmental incidents with their investigation status and corrective actions.
Maintenance Work Orders
The record of preventative and breakdown maintenance requests, their priority, planning and completion across the mill.
