Owns the safety management system, the permit to work and isolation system, incident investigation, environmental monitoring and licence reporting, emergency response and the site's chemical and dangerous goods controls, and coaches every crew in safe work.

Environmental Discharge and Emissions Log
The shift record of effluent and stack monitoring results against licence limits, with any exceedance and the action taken.
Permit to Work Register
The register of every permit raised for hot work, confined space entry, heights, containment breaks and electrical work, with isolations and status.
