Helen leads the mill, chairs the daily production meeting and has run Riverside for five years after two decades in pulp and paper operations.
Jordan Whitcombe
Jordan runs the laboratory test schedule, issues certificates of analysis and builds the weekly production plan, and has been at the mill for five years.

Production Shift Log
The shift record for each production area covering tonnes made, downtime, quality results, plant status and handover notes.
Maintenance Work Orders
The record of preventative and breakdown maintenance requests, their priority, planning and completion across the mill.
Environmental Discharge and Emissions Log
The shift record of effluent and stack monitoring results against licence limits, with any exceedance and the action taken.
